Not only are our trainers and partners extremely talented, their talents span more than just the beauty industry.  Our team has extensive Sales, Marketing, Corporate Training, Medical, and Graphic Design backgrounds.  We can literally help you with every aspect of your business. 

This team of incredible women encourage, inspire, and drive personal and professional growth within themselves and others each and every day!  Our team is not only certified in outer beauty, but in modalities to guide others in seeing, discovering and uncovering their inner beauty and talents as well.    

 

Paisley

Paisley is the reason this company exists! What she embodies are the pillars of which the company operates from:  love, family, connection, and continual growth. 

This sass pot keeps all of us on our toes, but is also a constant reminder to enjoy life, have fun, and to see the beauty and wonder in everything.

She is our Sweet P!  Because of this little lady, you will find a paisley pattern in our logo as well as on a number of our products.    

 

Lindsay Perrott

Founder, Lash Trainer and Paisley's Mom

Lindsay was introduced to the world of lashes by pure fluke!  She did not find lashes, lashes found her, and it was one of the single most life altering experiences.  After the birth of her daughter Paisley (Sweet P) it was evident to her that her passion for the corporate world was gone, so she left her soul sucking sales & marketing job and started down the path of a Self Employed Lash tech.   

The "not so" important stuff:  She has a background in Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Corporate Training.  

The "important" stuff: Helping empower women to see their incredible potential is what fueled Lindsay to take her Lash business to another level.  When looking to expand her lashing career, she realized what she was looking for didn't exist.   That being; a Lash company that she could grow with, would support her, provide additional earning potential outside of just lashing....AND a company that actually CARED about people, not just profits! She figured, if that's what she was looking for, surely others must be looking for the same.  So she created it.  Sweet P has been a labor of love and continual learning.  

Lindsay  is driven by her passion to help empower other women to take charge of their lives, careers and finances through lashing and continuous personal development.  

Lindsay believes learning should be fun, informative, interactive and EFFECTIVE.   She and her team have an incredible program to set you on a path for success and longevity in the Lash industry. 

Tianna Holyoake

Partner, Lash Trainer & Tech 

Tianna brings over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry to Sweet P.  Her certifications fill the walls, but her love for lashes leads the way!  Like many in the beauty industry, Tianna was drawn in by the mutual joy her services bring;  as there's nothing more rewarding to her than watching her clients transform not just physically but emotionally in the matter of an appointment.  

Tianna joined the Sweet P training team in 2020 and is certified to instruct Classic & volume lashes.  Her work is beyond stunning and her passion for proper education is unmatched.  The beauty/lash industry has allowed Tianna to create her own flexible schedule giving her the time freedom to be a mom & enjoy life.  Guiding others to have more time freedom to spend with the people they love and affording a life they have the time to enjoy is a huge part of what fueled Tianna to teach.  

 

 

Kristen Baker

Creative Director

Kristen has an extensive background in graphic design.  She is a multidisciplinary and multimedia artist, her eye for detail and beauty coupled with her desire for connection and service made her a natural fit for lashes.  Combining her passion for creative expression & design with lashes quickly made Kristen one of the top Lash techs in Stony Plain AB.

Kristen is certified multiple times over in lashing, she's also a certified lash Educator, and is NOW soley committed to helping lash techs hit the ground running with beautiful & effective marketing tools. Kristen not only is a master of design, but she understands the lashing industry.  After many years of lashing Kristen decided to set the tweezers aside to work with Lash techs on promoting and growing their businesses through effective branding.  Kristen offers packages from Logo design, ad design, business card design etc. to help you market yourself in this highly competitive field.
