Damaged or Missing Product
Please thoroughly look over all packages upon delivery. If you believe that an item is damaged or missing, please notify us via email within 24 hours of receiving the product.
In the case of a damaged shipment, we may need to contact the shipping company and open a claim. For claim purposes please keep the original packing. In all cases the damaged merchandise must be returned along with packaging materials unless stated otherwise by a Sweet P customer service Rep. Sweet P will replace items damaged during shipping. Please be aware, no return will be accepted without first receiving approval from customer service. Email customer service at trainwithsweetp@gmail.com
Limited Warranty
Tweezers:
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship sold by Sweet P.
What is not covered:
1. any damage caused by the owner/customer, modifying, attempting to fix, or
otherwise altering the product.
How long does this coverage last:
This warranty lasts for 5 days after receiving the shipment.
Glue:
Any issues with your adhesive must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your adhesive.
Nano Mister:
The warranty for your mister is 10 days after receiving your shipment. We cannot control
the type of water you use and therefore cannot warranty its function beyond 10 days.
Please ensure you use demineralized water for optimal function.
Lashes:
If there are any issues with the quality of the lashes you received, please contact us within
14 days of receiving your shipment.
How to return products under warranty:
For products under warranty please contact Sweet P Lash via email. Please reference your issue, the order # and your name. You will be sent a prepaid return label for the product.

What do I receive for faulty products under warranty:
1. We will replace the item. Once the returned item is received we will send out a
replacement item
Merchandise Exchange / Returns
Sweet P Lash must be informed by email within 7 business days of receiving your order to allow for an exchange. Any order over 7 days old will be deemed non-exchangeable. You,
the customer, are responsible for the return shipping fees on exchanges unless an improper product was shipped. Once your item has been inspected, you will be notified and granted an exchange of product. All items need to be returned within 14 days of receipt. No exchanges will be granted without prior authorization. Items must be unopened and in the original packaging. Sweet P Lash does not offer refunds on any products exchanges and credit only as per customer services discretion.

Please note: when mailing your returns to Sweet P Lash please include your name,
business name, e-mail address, contact number, the reason for exchange, and order # if accessible.
Cancelling an order
All orders can be cancelled without penalty up until it has been packed for shipping - once packed a 15% re-stocking fee will apply. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
Discontinued & Sale Products
No credits, refunds or exchanges will be given on discontinued or sale items. If Sale items are damaged in shipment, please follow the guidelines stated above in the “Damaged or Missing Product” section.
